In 2023, Jonny Davies ran the entirety of the London Tube Map to raise money for suicide prevention. In this episode, he joins Dr Alex George to describe what went into this incredible achievement and what we can learn from his mindset. 


In part 1, Jonny shares why he wanted to take on the 570km challenge, the toughest moments of the challenge and why running is actually a team sport. 


Plus, he explained how he got into running after growing up playing rugby, the misconceptions he had about the sport and why running can be an incredible tool for your self esteem.
